We would like to introduce our newest employee - Monica, who recently started with us at eTourism as our Marketing and Customer Service Assistant. She’ll be looking after all of your social media monitoring, acting on your behalf to respond to all of your customer reviews, drafting EDM’s, updating your web pages and assisting you with any questions along the way.
Monica is passionate about her work and brings a fresh eye for detail with her photographic and digital background, where she has worked for many years within the creative industry. She also has a broad range of customer service experience and loves bringing a smile to your day.
When she’s not working, Monica loves getting outdoors hiking, surfing, snorkelling - you name it! She also loves upcycling furniture, learning about health and taking photos. We’re so excited to have her on board! For those that haven’t already spoken with her, we can’t wait for you to meet/speak with her as she supports you with all of your eTourism digital support needs.
