We are writing to you to advise you about an upcoming change to the pricing structure surrounding our mass email marketing campaigns (eNewsletters). eTourism has not had a price change in this area for at least 10 years however with technology changes and increased costs to eTourism, especially within the current climate, we have found it necessary to make this change.
There will be 2 options to either Pay as You Go OR commit to a 3 or 6 monthly campaign. Pricing will be based on the amount of contacts that you have in your account at the time of the campaign. The cost includes the time to prepare the email promotion, implement the design, manage the send of the contacts, schedule the send and finally report on the campaign success.
This will apply to ALL types of agreements with eTourism to use this service which includes monthly marketing campaigns & Boost Direct Marketing.
PAY AS YOU GO
There will be a set price for a email campaign send based on the number of contacts that you have in your database that you will send to. Each campaign will include 1 send to your customer database at the set price as stated below:
MONTHLY CAMPAIGNS
We will also be offering discounts based on a monthly commitment to email marketing over a period of time. Each month will include 1 email campaign send to your contacts at the price below. Should you not send an email in a given month, you will still receive an invoice for the monthly campaign cost.
Should you NOT have an existing email template design with your newsletter functionality with eTourism, there will be a $220.00 cost to design this template.
This new pricing structure will commence from 1st May 2020 and we believe that we have kept this competitive based on email marketing services in the marketplace. This may not be a service that is forefront in your mind at this present moment, but will be an essential service to market to your past customers when everyone is in a position to have a holiday again.
